Data collected
The site only collects what you submit through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the subject you choose and your message. The IP address and time of submission are also recorded to prevent abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and to establish a possible business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and our legitimate interests, under Articles 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(f) of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Transfers
Form data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is stored on the server that hosts this site.
Retention
Form records are kept for no more than 24 months after an enquiry is closed, and then deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. No third-party tracking script, social media pixel or external font service is loaded; all assets are served from our own server.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access your personal data, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. Please send requests to [email protected]
