We are a small, stable, technical team. We look after the systems we build for years, so we never build anything that will be hard to maintain.

The short version

Beyribey Bilişim was founded in 2004 to put radio and TV stations on air over the internet. Back then, live broadcasting meant configuring servers, choosing codecs and managing bandwidth, and that technical grounding shaped the company’s character.

Working with broadcasters gradually led to news sites, magazine archives and content portals. Those needs pushed us to write our own news engine, because off-the-shelf systems couldn’t cope with archives of tens of thousands of items or with multi-site setups.

Today our own software, led by the news engine, underpins both our in-house work and our client projects. On the broadcast side, we run YouTube channel operations.

How we work

We measure the current state first

With an inherited system, the first job is an inventory: how many records, which tables, how much traffic, which links are broken. We don’t work from guesswork.

We never develop on the live system

Every project is built on a separate staging environment, approved there, and only then released. The live system keeps running throughout.

We write for maintainability

Because we look after a system for years, we write code that is easy to read and easy to hand over, and we avoid dependencies we don’t need.

We migrate data; we don’t lose it

In redesigns, the old archive and URL structure are preserved. Nothing goes live without a redirect map and a rollback plan.

You’re the one using the admin panel

Delivery isn’t just handing over files. The job isn’t done until admin training, documentation and a backup routine are in place.

Discovery and inventory

Staging environment

Every project is built and signed off on a separate staging environment first. Your live site keeps running while we work.

Migration and launch

Data migration, a redirect map for old URLs and a rollback plan are all in place before go-live.

Maintenance and handover

Monitoring, backups, admin training and documentation. You run the system; we stand behind it.
